Documentation is a primary interface defining how the software is constructed, operated, and maintained.

Bilingual Policy

• Canonical English: English serves as the canonical project language (<name>.md or <name>-en.md).
• First-Class Korean: Korean is maintained as an equal, first-class translation (<name>-ko.md or <name>.md).
• 1:1 Structural Parity: English and Korean documents maintain identical section headings, code snippets, and link structures.

Source of Truth Invariants

• Core templates and authoritative standards reside in the OpenForge repository.
• The web portal (/oss/en/openforge/) provides contextual explanations, tutorials, and empirical evidence.
• Duplication is avoided through explicit authoritative source mappings.
